managers, etc.).

Marketing
The firm contacts and fields questions from prospective
purchasers or investors, distributes confidential marketing
materials, conducts property tours and coordinates meetings
with members of the executive management team.

Diligence
Zepponi & Company assists with the review and negotiation
of offers, the selection of a prospective purchaser or investor,
the monitoring of the due diligence process and responds to
requests for additional information.

Closing
During the final phase of the sales process, the firm assists with
negotiations involving the purchase agreement, corresponds
with attorneys and accountants to assess the final terms of the
transaction and guides the transaction to a successful close.
